Processing Method
The tea plants are shaded for several weeks before harvest, allowing them to develop higher levels of chlorophyll and L-theanine. The leaves are then carefully handpicked, steamed to preserve freshness, dried, and ground into a fine, jade-green powder using traditional granite stones.
