REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns

Due to the nature of our product (freshly roasted coffee), we do not accept returns on coffee items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Failed deliveries (based on courier confirmation)

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless a product was received in error. Please email hello@ubeccoffee.com to arrange a resolution.


In-Store Purchases

For walk-in purchases, refunds or replacements are handled at the discretion of store management. Please retain your receipt.
